Todd is passionate about helping families to make smart choices about their money so they can live their ideal lives.  He is a skillful listener, and helps his clients to gain clarity on what's important to them, and keeps them on track in the attainment of their goals. 

He founded Dogwood Capital Management in 1999 in the suburbs North of Atlanta, GA, where he resided for 22 years.  He relocated to Las Vegas, NV in 2019. His client base is concentrated in the Southeast and the Southwest. 

Todd has over 20 years of financial experience.  He earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance at the University of Arizona and completed his Certified Financial Planner® Coursework at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA. He adheres to the rigorous ethical and technical standards of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) which is the largest professional association of comprehensive, "Fee-Only" Certified Financial Planners® in the United States.

He is a voracious reader and loves to write. His blog has received favorable reviews and his articles have been published in various consumer magazines, websites and professional journals. He has been quoted in numerous regional and national publications including the Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, Business Week, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and American Cowboy Magazine.
