Todd is passionate about helping families make smarter choices about their money so they can live their ideal lives.  He is a skillful listener. He helps his clients gain clarity about what's important to them and keeps them on track to attain their goals. 

He founded Dogwood Capital Management in 1999 in Atlanta, GA, where he resided for 22 years.  He relocated to Las Vegas, NV in 2019. 

Todd has over 29 years of financial experience.  He earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance at the University of Arizona and completed his Certified Financial Planner® Coursework at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA. He adheres to the rigorous ethical and technical standards of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) which is the largest professional association of comprehensive, "Fee-Only" Certified Financial Planners® in the United States.

He is a voracious reader and loves to write. His articles have been published in various consumer magazines, websites and professional journals. He has been quoted in numerous regional and national publications including the Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, Business Week, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and American Cowboy Magazine. 

Todd’s main priority is spending time with his family. He loves everything about the Western lifestyle.  He also enjoys travel, reading, writing, cooking, dining out, meeting new people and learning new things. He volunteers with various ministries in the Catholic community in the Archdiocese of Las Vegas.
